DS-260 Online Immigrant Visa and Alien Registration Application

The DS-260 Online Immigrant Visa and Alien Registration Application is filed online with the U.S. State Department by an applicant who has been selected as a DV-Lottery winner (a “selectee”) and also by all family members who will be applying for a Diversity Visa with him/her so that the Kentucky Consular Center (KCC) can review their details and schedule the Consular Interview at the U.S. Embassy or Consulate in their country of residence. The DS-260 must contain accurate information and, therefore, if certain details changed after the DV-Lottery application was submitted (e.g., change in marital status, birth of a child, etc.), then the applicant’s information must be updated in the DS-260 form.
